As a special service to UCalgary graduate students, the GSA awards a bottle of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic sparkling wine to each student who successfully completes their oral defence/program. To receive your celebratory bottle, please fill out this form, have it signed by your supervisor or graduate program coordinator/administrator and present it to the staff at the Last Defence Lounge.
